Hierarchy Export - Syndicator

Hello,

I have question regarding syndication.

Can we syndicate Hierarchy from Syndicator.

In this case i need to syndicate only hierarchy not a complete record.

Also can i syndicate Attributes linked with those categories( taxonomy data).

I know we can export it from Data Manager but can this be done by syndicator.

Hi,

Yes we can export only Hierarchy from Syndicator. Just map the Hierarchy Field with the Destination field and set the Destination field property Hierarchy Style=Full Pathname. You will get the entire hierarchy at the output.

E.g. Hierarchy Table = Test_Hierarchy with field name

then map Test_Hierarchy node with the destination.

Similarly we can export Taxonomy also but you need Destination type should not be Flat.
