Could anyone please suggest me how to pass data & call the BSP from the Web dynpro ABAP.

Use Exit Plug and pass data as URL Parameter.

I think if you can use ABSOLUTE NAVIGATION to call a BSP Application from a WDA. Pass the data using URL Parameters. Also make sure that you are gonna test this integration from portal only.
