Dear cherukuri

There is no standard report to see the document flow. If you want to see for a particular sale order, go to VA02, input sale order reference and press "Shift + F5". It will show the entire subsequent documents created.

Alternatively, go to SE16, input table VBFA, give sale order references in "Preceding Doc" and execute. You will get the details.

I don't think there is a standard report to show the document flow, but a table which shows document flow is VBFA.
