I want to install solution manager on new machine and already have a solution manager running which I want to retire (I just want to build solution manager on diffrent Machine for Hardware reasons)on this machine.Solution manager version is 4,
I planned right now for Homogenous system copy and then apply this copy on new machne,SID will be same on new ,What are the consequences for doing that
1. Will all the links in solution manager automatically activated on new manager.
3. How it effects TMS etc.
Hi,

Hi Hardeep;
You will have to re-configure the entire solution mananger as all the configuration is done on the basis of the IP and hostname if these will change then enire configuration will change.
Moreover there are a lot of interdependent things in Solution manager so it is always advisable to reconfigure the whole system
