Are there any tool for discovering how many licenses we have for each type of SAP license, according below:
Developer
A mySAP Business Suite Developer user does include the rights granted under the SAP NetWeaver Developer user.
A mySAP Business Suite Developer user is a Named User who uses the development and administration tools provided with SAP software for the purpose of modifying, deploying and managing SAP or third party applications or for the purpose of creating, modifying, deploying and managing custom developed applications.
The mySAP Business Suite Developer user does not include the rights granted under a mySAP Professional User license or mySAP Limited Professional User license. The mySAP Developer User does only include the rights granted under an Employee User license.
Professional
A mySAP Professional (Cat. II) user is a named user who performs operational roles supported by the software.
The mySAP Professional User license includes the rights granted under a mySAP Limited Professional User license.
Limited Professional
A mySAP Limited Professional (Cat. III) user is a named user who performs limited operational related roles supported by the software. In particular employees of business third parties are to be licensed as mySAP Limited Professional users.
Those employees of business third parties that are performing functions or roles normally performed by the customer's employees, for example independent contractors, consultants or temporary employees need to be licensed as Professional Users.
The mySAP Limited Professional User license includes the rights granted under a mySAP Employee User license.
Special Limited Professional
Special module type users are individuals who use special SAP functions not contained in the standard system and for whom an individual contractual rule holds.
Overwrite the special module users used, and name them clearly.
