870 EDI implementation

Hi ,

I need to implement 870 : "Order Status Report" from SAP . Do you know what kind of output types it should be used ?. Is it possible to get 870 idoc from Sales order ??

Hi,

I know it's a 12 year old post. But, I also have the same requirement and I want to know the process of doing it.

The requirement is to create a new Interface for EDI 870 implementation.

Could you please help if you were able to do it then?

Hi;

as far as i know all the Idoc info will go to the table EDIDC / EDID4. You may create a report from using these tables.

Also yes there is a possibility of seeing the Idoc from the SO. In Systems menu you have a field called "Servieces for Object". When you click this you will be able to see the idoc for that SO.BUt this needs some settings and authorization.
