Checkbox instead of triangle for SAP expand/collapse menu

Hello,

the SAP menu has usually little triangles to expand and collapse the SAP menu or the favorite menu.

Instead of these triangles, one of our user has suddenly little checkboxes in front of the menu. They have the same effect like the triangles.

How can I change that back to the "triangle view"??

Hello Anne,

that sounds, that one of the fonts is corrupt or not installed.

Please check, if

C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\sapdn.ttf and sapin.ttf are there and of the same version than on other (working) PCs.
