How do i add Project Manager as a new partner function to Quotation and Sales Order? please explain in details.

Hi joi

You can add project manager as a partner function in your customer master as a sales employee (PE).

Go to PA30 and maintain the HR master record and assign the number in the customer master record and maintain the partner determination for sales employee (PE) for your account group.

If you maintain in customer master , automatically it will be flowing to sales order

Yes , you are right , But even we will be giving the requirement and HR consultants will maintain that HR master data and once they maintain they will give the number and that number we will assign in the customer master as with partner function PE and we need to do partner determination procedure by assigning sales employee to our account group also
