Ticket creation time and server time is not same.

Dear All,

When I create ticket from satellite system it takes time 3 hrs ahead for message and for smart form.I checked with server time which is same as current time. What would be the cause of this time miss match?

Hi,

Please check your Timezone using STZAC see how much time difference you are getting.

See to that your OS Level timezone and SAP Server timezone are same.

Hope this will solve your problem.
