Hi

I created a sales order with five items.

We want to deliver only material listed last that is Item number 50.

I am trying to create delivery and system copies all items.

How to achieve only material listed at item number 50 is created for delivery?

Go to create outbound delivery VL01N

Enter your shipping point, selection date and order number.

In From item: input 50

To item: input 50

click enter

In case, you don't input anything in From & To item fields, system takes all items due for delivery.

If you have only few line items then you can get into the delivery and then delete the line items which you do not want to deliver.

But best way to do it is -- go to Vl01n, give the sale order number and do not press Enter. Instead click on select the items from and too deliver and enter.

As Kamesh said create a delivery in VL01N... give your sales order number and item number as 50 and create a delivery..

This will solve your problem

If you are creating delivery on the Sales order reference the go to VL01N and delete all th 4 items for which u don't wnat to deliver.

This way u can do the delviery for 5th line item.

Hi,

you are creating delivery with reference to sales order.

In sales order we enter the schedule lines ie confirmed date and confirmed quantity.

enter the confirmed date and confirmed quantity for the line item 50.

create the delivery with respect to that sales order.

while doing picking, packing and PGI select only the line item 50.

Hello,

The other way to achieve this is to put delivery block in all the line items (10,20,30,40) except 50. Now create the dlivery, it will creat the delivery only for the line item 50.

You can remove the delivery block from change mode of order and create the delivery for balance quantity.
