i have a file with a field value "Fényforrásgyár" but after picking,when i see it in the XI payload its coming as "F�nyforr�sgy�r".
" é á " these are german characters and we need to pass the same characters.
so can anybody help.

Check what is provided under 'File Encoding' in the Sender File Adapter.
If not already provided, try giving ISO-8859-1

looks like hungarian... or something like that
Why the é and á are replaced by the same number(�)???
You could try to replace this characters with the help of a
user defined function or xslt mapping....
