Mail attachment size..

Hi,'

I am doing File to mail scenario.

I am attaching file and send to the mail.

It running successful when the size of the file is 2MB.

when it exceeds 2MB it is picking the file and not sending the mail..

How to proceed for the scenario.

Its very urgent.

Hi,

i have a prablam in file to mail scenario in application server the file format isCO11N_LOG.20080627.153629.txt.

after picking the file it is attached to the mail the format is subject: CO11N_LOG.

so i want source file same replication in mail attachement .

the prableam is DATE AND TIME IT IS NOT DISPLAYED IN THE MAIL ATTACHEMENT AFTER PICKING

DATE & TIME is every time it is varient not constant any solutions will be there same file will be attached to the file.

any bady help me regarding this.

HI,

The 2MB file as an mail attachment may be the burden on XI server, but have managed somehow. Can you check the memmory consumption for this interface. May be you need to increase the hardware configurations.

OR Better way to split up the files above 2MB and send it in small chunks.

Hey

This looks like some issue with your outlook server,i have seen issues with MS outlook when file size increase from 1.7 MB.

you might wanna check that too
