Configuring SSF for Digital Signature.

Hi, All,

I m created a Status network for docuemnt.

For 'release' status i fixed Signaure Strategy.

For 'Releasing ' the document the authorized person should 'sign' ie digital signaure.

During digiatal Signature, the system gives this mensage 'SSF information for the SAP user not found'

note:I have only one signaure for 'Release' status.

How i can config SSF
