Swing Portal to a new client: Connection Test for connector failed

Dear all,

My Portal running well on a client with SSO.

Now I want so swing to a new client.

I did export certificate from Portal and import into the new client (step to configure SSO).

However, when I test the connection with new client number, the connection test to connector failed with message:

Retrieval of default alias successful

Connection failed. Make sure that Single Sign-On is configured correctly

Please let me know how to correct this.
