Using the message type to determine if terms should be printed

I have a single po form that has 2 message types assigned to it. One prints the form. The second emails the form.

I would like to duplicate the message types so I end up with the 4 following:

1. Print PO form with Terms

2. Print PO form without Terms

3. Email PO form with Terms

4. Email PO form without Terms.

I want all 4 pointed to the same form, because the only difference is whether or not to print the terms. Is there a field passed to the SMARTFORM to indicate the message type?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hi,

You only need 2 output message types 1 for print and another for mail. With the printing of terms, this should be build in the smartform with IF condition.

If <condition>

print term

endif.

Cheers.

I am talking about the terms at the end of the purchase order that the lawyers develop.
