Image Maps / VML /SVG

Hello Everybody

The requirement that I am working on is a webdynpro view with a map(any image). Let's say, a world map image should be displayed. Now in html & scripting, I can specify hot corners/ image maps and handle mouseover events over these imagemaps. How do I accomplish this in webdynpro java??? Please provide a solution / alternatives / ideas. I would really appreciate your help with suitable points.

HTML islands are not supported. The IFrame UI element reloads its content on every roundtrip (only fixed in latest 7.1 version). Maybe you can use Portal iViews and Portal eventing to integrate with Web Dynpro application.
