Short dump in every transaction during support pack import - Solution Mgr

I am in the middle of applying support packs SP13 and SP14 for Solution Manager. In SPAM, during the import, I received short dumps. I get short dump for all transactions. The error message is 'Syntax error in program "SAPLWB_CUSTOMIZING", Field "G_DC_TABSTR" is unknown in INCLUDE LWB_CUSTOMIZINGDEV'.

My first question, would be, why are you performing other activities while importing patches?

This is not recommended.

I was not performing any other activities during the sup pack import. The import gave me a short dump, then I tried to go to se38, it gave me short dump too.

Goto SPAM and continue import of packages. See if again you face the dump.

I cannot go to SPAM. The program terminated and I received short dump. Thanks !

Post a message with SAP, as this seems to be a specific error.

I have a suggestion if you can stop and start the SAP it may work as once in a while the DB wont sync just give a try and then run Tcode SPAM and if you get there then kick off import again.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have already tried that. I shut down the database and restarted it. But it still won't help. Thanks !
