ITSMOBILE Service Issue

Hi,

I've activated the service ITSMOBILE00 in SICF (/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/test/mobile/itsmobile00).

I've also published it using W3_PUBLISH_SERVICES.

However, when I click on Test Service, it prompts me for user id/pwd & then throws a dump.

"Note

The following error text was processed in the system DBE : Template interpretation failed. Template does not exist.

The error occurred on the application server ECCMUMDEV_DBE_01 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

SYSTEM-EXIT of program SAPMIMOB1"

If the ~GENERATEDYNPRO is set, it works fine...howevr since this service is supposed to work without it, I guess I'm missing something

Hi,

please use transaction ST22 for analizing this dump. Here you will find

the name of the missing template.

I've already analyzes the dump...maybe you'd notice something that I've missed out..

This is the ST22 dump:

What happened?

The ITS service "gui" failed since not template could be found for

the screen with the number 100 in the program "SAPMIMOB1".

The template was searched in the following ITS services:

"gui"

Note that for language-dependent templates the language is included

in the search.

What can you do?

Call transaction SE80 and choose the Internet service "gui". Check

if the template exists.

If the template exists in the service, publish the entire service

to the SITE INTERNAL.

Error analysis

As a test, you can set the service parameter ~generateDynpro = 1. The

system then generates the HTML page for this service without a template.

You can then at least see which screen was sent by the WebAs. Make sure

to reset the parameter to its original value.

Also, the Internet Explorer throws the foll error:

Seems that publishing did not work. Please try again using the

transaction SE80.

Hi,

I've published it several times via SE80..Right click>publish>complete service ...rite?

Is it because of a missing SP or something?

coz we have another ECC 6.0 system with a higher SP level, on which it's working fine.

Template & Mime caches are invalidated automatically while publishing rite?

I've even updated the kernel..
