ChaRM Workflow

Hi Groupies,

I have a simple question about the ChaRM. Is the workflow of ChaRM a real SAP workflow or not?

I have not found the definition in the swdd. I would like create workitems for the users to lead them trough the process. Is it possible? I know that it is possible to create emails with a link but I would like create workitems for the sbwp.

Did someone do it?

Hi,

Workflow always doesn't mean that its SWDD. ChaRM workflow is achieved through actions and Action Profiles using CRMC_ACTION_DEF, (A CRM functionality). You will not have workitems in this case.
