quantity not confirmed in sales order

Hi all,

my issue is that my customer order is not showing confirmed quantity in the sales oredr being created;plz note the following points related to sales order

1. the stock overview is showing sufficient quantities

2. nothing is rejected

2. the document status is complete

4. the customer is a one time customer

plz help......points will be suitably awarded....thanx

Hi

Check whether the stock is in reserved stock.

In MM02 for the material in the availability check change the field to KP-No Check and try.

One more thing .....my sales order is open and is dated on 30-05-2008.....

I think if you create a sales order on 30.05.2008 , it doesnt make that any difference

Just Go to MD04 and check for that sales order wheather stock has got confirmed or not

yes Srinath the stock has got confirmed when i checked in MD04, but I want to know the reason why it is showing the confirmed quantity as 0

Go to VA02 ,just check the wheather shipping point , plant are coming or not

Go to -> item data - > schedule lines -> check the procurement tab and check wheather goods issue date , material availability date etc are coming or not .?

If they are not coming maintain plant in the MMR -sales orgn2 view

Check the following settings

1) shipping point determination - t.code OVL2

2) check weather storage location is being maintained properly or not

3) check what delivering plant has been maintained in CMIR ,CMR and MMR

4) check the completion rule for that item category

Hi

Please check the ATP quantities in Tcode CO09. Stock overview may show the physical stocks but sometimes they are get assigned and maynot be available to promise.
