Global outline creation

hi,

i am using SRM 5.0.. i created a Global Outline Agreement in SRM and i try to distribute to backend system as contract...after distribution the document is not distribute in backend system ..in ststus it shows Distribution Incorrect. Before a week its work properly..but know it not...

what is the problem?? i am not able to see the idoc in SRM and R/3 ???

urgent plz help me...

Hi,

As a first step using SMQ1 check whether any entries are there in the queues. If any entries are there try to clear them.

Please look at the following note which explains how to debug GOAs.

Note 646903--GOA tips &tricks.

Hi,

The distribution to R/3 begins after the approval of the GOA with FM BBP_PD_CTR_TRANSFER. You can test this directly from SE37 contract number enough (object ID). Then this calls FM META_CTR_TRANSFER and usualy FM B46B_CTR_TRANSFER where the transmission is donw to the backend. In R/3 BBPV_CONTRACT_TRANSFER will create the IDOCs in R/3.

Set breakpoints to "message" and looks what is wrong.

Did you also checked the RZ20 in SRM? Usually there should be some information about the error.
