Notification - Action Box

HI Experts,

Can somebody guide me how to add a new item under action box of notification for creating a customer directly from the notification, my requirement is to add a new item " Create Customer", clicking this link will open page for creating the customer.

I know the process in customizing but i dont know the program name which i have to select which will trigger creation of customer from notification.

If there is other alternative for creating customer directly from the notification instead of creating link under action box , then pls help

I believe you'll have to create your own function module to call that transaction. Then you can assign it to your action box.
