hi ...

i want one SD standard script name and transaction code. how can see the print preview for that script..can anyone explain this...

Hi,

You as such cant c the print preview of a script. What you could do is go to Se71, type ur scriapt name there, then go toutilities in the tool bar, click on printing test. You could get to check your allignments.

HI,

Go VA03 transaction, -> Sales Document(menu)-> Issue Output -> it will display possible output types, select requiredone, and press printpreview button.

RVORDER01is Standard script for Sales order Transaction is VA01.

Hi Varadarajan,

Inside sales Order transaction VA01.

Menu path

Extras --> Output ---> Header ---> Edit

Now u get a screen Create Standard order: Output

here u need to maintain

Output type      Medium     Function    Partner

Select the Medium as 1 print output

then in Further data Pushbutton u need to select 4 Send Immediately in Dispatch time Field.

then come back and select the line item and click on save.

Now u get another screen. here u need to enter Logical Destination as LP01

Now sales the sales order . A sales order Number is generated. Note it doen and goto VA03 transaction.

Here give the sales order number and

Sales document ---> Issue output to

Now u get a window Output output here select the line item and click on Print preview push button.

Now u can see the print Preview of the sales order.
