Fax SetUp without OS access!!!

Hi all,

As per the clientu2019s requirement, we have to provide the functionality by which Purchase Order copy from SAP has to be transmitted to Vendor using FAX application.

In developing this functionality, MM and BASIS has to look into the following steps.

MM:-

1. Create purchase order

2. Release purchase order using workflow.

3. Take Message output of Purchase Order for Transmission medium as FAX (It will be maintained using Condition record in MM module).

BASIS:-

1. FAX has to be delivered to the Concern FAX Number Specified in PO/Vendor Number.

How to proceed???? As a basis person???I dont have OS access can I configure the fax system??
