PGI issue

Hi,

I have created a delivery but when i m doing the PGI it is showing the error no.VL609 "Delivery has not been put away/picked(compltely)". This is not a consignment process.

Note: The stock is there.

Dear Gaurav

In the delivery screen, select "Picking" tab where there is a column "Picked Qty". Here maintain the same quantity what is flowing in "Deliv.Qty". Now try to do PGI.

Hi gaurav

In VL01N , go to picking tab , there just enter the picking quantity and do the Post goods Issue (PGI) .

hi,

you can pick the quantity

if it isnot relevant for picking do the changes in the delivery item category.

Hi,

The Message "Delivery has not been put away/picked(compltely)" says the material has to be picked, do pick the complete qty.

"Delivery has not been put away/picked(compltely)".... This is because you didn't picked all qty of the delivery qty... That is your Delivery qty and Picking qty must be same... do the same and y our problem will be solved...

Hi,

Please check whether you have picked the whole delivery quantity or not.

This message "Delivery has not been put away/picked(compltely)" usually is dispalyed when either u hav not picked the items at all or when the picking quantity is less than the delivery quantity.
