When I deliver a sales order it says this:
" Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use 9,000 SHT : 3000006413 UN03 U314 "
What could be the possible reason and possible solution, please tell me

Means that the total stock is not available for unrestricted use and is deficit by 9000,you can check the stock in mmbe or my advice is to check in storage location analysis transaction mc.5

Deficit means stock is not there. Check in MMBE and MD04 for stocks under storage location UN03 and plant U314.
Quantity for the material under the plant is not available.
Make the stock available , then only u will be able to create a delivery.

the error means you are having less stock by 9000 in your plant at that storage location.
Now goto MMBE and check the stock for that material in the required plant and storage location.

You don't have the stock for the material in Plant / storage location. Check for stock in MMBE, enter the material, plant and Execute.
