Dear Friend ,

Presently one of our client has three plants and they are taking all finished product to one account . They will sell to directly from there . Now they want to maintain sales profit / sales revenue of each plant wise and product wise . Is is possible maintain through cost centre . They don't want to maintain WM module in this case . They want to know finished product profit plant wise .

Hi,

your answer lies in using the COPA functions that can have characteristics as Plant and material and you can see the profitability as per a combination of these two.

Since both these things are a must for any SD transaction, they are already available in all the SD documents and you dont need to do any extra config in SD

Hi:

If they are 10 different products, you can assign 10 different cost centers and profit centers to these products.

Cost centers will iform you about the costs incurred and profit centers will show the profit.

For each plant, you have to mention the plant no in sales order.
