In CIN you can use JINSTK for STOs. In standard SAP you can use ICAA01 for STO intercompany, if required.
Commonly they use the standard pricing procedure only.

Pricing Procedure has nothing to do with STO.
It is the same that you determine for your
Sales Area Doc Pri Pro Cust Pri Pro.
