Broken pipe error on ftp of 110m file

hello there, We are having issues with trying to get a file that is 110m from XI to the ftp destination. we are getting the following error in the logs

We are able to send this file via ftp on unix and from our old tool Vitria. Were can I look for additional information? I think I am hitting a threshhold on size or time.
