Start JAVA Engine phase error in Installation of ABAP+JAVA

hi

We are installing Solution Manager 7.0 , we are facing problem during installation at the JAVA phase( i.e while starting the JAVA engine)

following is the output of dev_jcontrol

Please check note 723909 - Java VM settings for J2EE 6.40/7.0 and adapt your profile parameters, then try again.

Hi,

Please, check your file services. The problem must be a conflict on the file services.

Did you find the solution?

I´ve noticed the problem can be on SCS. I´m facing the same problem. At this moment, the problem remains. Try to execute telnet on SCS port. For me the connection falls. Using netstat -a I can´t see the SCS port loaded.
