Transaction NOTIF_CREATE is only for SM?

I can only find transaction NOTIF_CREATE on SM but NOT on any satelite systems.

However according to the SAP document, NOTIF_CREATE should be on the satelite systems.

Could you clarify?

Hi Laura,

In (ABAP) Satellite Systems, you can reach the screen to create a message via

Help -> Create Support Message

The created message will be stored in SAP Solution Manager system (if connection is setup to SolMan)

I think this transaction its included in R/3 systems if you apply ST Support package....

No, ST Support package can not be applied on a R/3 system, but only to a SAP Solution Manager system.

(with the very first SolMan release, it was possible to install ST on to of an R/3 4.6c system.

Choose in the menu (available in every transaction)

Help -> Create Support Notication

or Help -> Feedback

how can configure satelite system to send to solution manager with this method?

Hello Laura,

NOTIF_CREATE i gues shd be on SM and CRM systems as well. If your satellites are R/3 i guess this tcode would not be available. If you can indicate the SAP document link, i can check and clarify more.
