Automatic rescheduling of cproject phases and tasks

Hi,

Is it possible to reschedule the tasks and phases during the project progress in cproject? if so is it needs any customisation?

Hi Ramesh,

After the status 'released' is set, the scheduling is not done automatically.

You can write a small report and using the fucntion BAPI_BUS2172_SCHEDULE to trigger it, you can even plan it in the batch job, if you would like, so that the project get updated scheduling result.

Hi,

You can always reschedule your Projects element during your project execution. You can do auto scheduling till the elements are not released. After releasing the elements it is advisable to do manual rescheduling to avoid conflict in project scheduling.

Hi,

It is possible but not automatically, but always pressing the button.

Check BAdI Make Settings for Scheduling inside cProjects customizing menu under structure to modify your scheduling attributes.
