STO's delivery splited in to 32 line items.

dear gurus,

when i m creating deliveries from STO at that time i m doing in vl10f

in background

by selecting many line items

but wen i m doing it

delivery are splited into several deliveries

means one line item splited into several line items

even 1item is splited into many

i dont know why its happening our is a make to engineering company.

Ship-to-party

shipping point

route

dlievry dates

transportation group

incoterms

are checked and all are same

the issue is solved

solution:

actually there is routin written in the copy control for STO.

where its defind that the delivery split will be according to chapter id swo its split.

Hi Subu,

I'm looking for the copy control for STO... can u give me the menu path or the transaction to it...i need to combine deliveries if they come from the same plant and split them if they come from different plants.

The only reason why one line item gets plit into several line items in delivery is if there are several schedule lines for the line item.

From the sales order, GO TO-ITEM - SCHEDULE LINES

and check what is maintained in the schedule lines.
