Hello,

In R/3, with MD04, we can see there're a lot of puch req for finish products ( Ex : 6409, plant 0151 )in the past, all fixed. We suspect they were created and transfered from APO. These purch req are no longer in APO.Is there a way, a transaction or a job we could use to do a batch cleaning ? A suggestion was to run the MRP in mode NEUPL, but to do so, it seem I must run it for all products. What will be the impact ? Is it the right way ?

Kindly run a CCR and push them from R/3 to APO. The PReqs will be available in Product View and can be deleted from APO, which deletes in R/3 as well.

Hi John

Pls make sure that whatever products you are seeing purchase requisition are marked as Planning in APO

If they are marked as Planning in APO i.e X0, then you can't carry MRP planning in R3

Also you can check in APO, whether they are created in APO. This can be done using transaction /SAPAPO/RRP2
