I always think soft commit and hard commit are the speciality words for SAP, are they just some tongue?

Soft commit i mean it that stock will be automatically assign when i create a sales order, and the available stock will be reduced.

Hard commit i mean is that stock will be automatically hold when i create a delivery by a sales order.

Dear Irene

Sorry I have never come across such words.

Meanwhile, with regard to your question, Go to OVZ9, select your Availability check and Checking Rule and tick the fields "Include sales reqmts" and "Include deliveries". Your requirement can be met.

thanks
