statistical key figures problem

Good Morning Experts!

Here I am customizing for progress analysis..for that when I am openeing the "Define statistical key figure for percentage of completion " an error is coming "Statistical key figures is incorrectly defind"...when I am searching the skf from kk03 ...system responses ..no statistical key figure is maintaind......what is this ?.....then from where these values are displying..

I am unalbe to delete thease entry ...even here I am unalbe to maintain new entries..

Please help me in this case..
