Hello Karuna,

I think you need to perform User/Role/Profile Synchronization and Batch Risk Analysis in Full Sync mode.

Do the following:

1) Go to Configuration Tab

2) Drill Down Background Job menu and go to Schedule Analysis

3) Now select Full Sync from Sync Mode dropdown

4) check all choice buttons for

User Synchronization,

Role Synchronization

Profile Synchronization

and select all systems by putting * in all systems valuehelps.

5) Under Batch Risk Analysis select Full Sync from Batch Mode dropdown

6) Select a Global Rule Set (your custom rule set)

7) perform both Action level Analysis and Permission level Analysis so select both the checkboxes.

😎 Select check box for User Analysis and put * in Systems, User, User Group valuehelps

9) Select check box for Role Analysis and put * in Systems, Role valuehelps

10) Select check box for Profile Analysis and put * in Systems, Profile valuehelps

11) Select check box for Critical Action and Role/Profile Analysis

12) Select checkbox for Management Reports

and click on Schedule button.

After doing this go to Search and checkout the status of your recently scheduled background job, wait for some time and click on refresh. keep refreshing till you see the background job status as finished (keep patience here).

If you get the status as finished you can return back to informer tab and may see current date under Cal. Month/Year dropdown.

I did this before writing this reply, earlier the Summary was showing as of 27-May-2008 now i can see the same as 04-Jun-2008 after performing the above mentioned steps.

I hope this helps,

In CC 5.2 i have always seen the result column blank, i think it's a User Interface Bug. as per my understanding there should be only one column State or Result, because State is actually showing the result of the activity itself.

I think you can ignore it.

Could you possibly check your J2EE system date?

Also please check in config tab, when was the background job last run.

Hi,

The top right corner on the screen will show you the last date till which the management reports have been updated as 'Summary as of <date.'

If you don't not see latest date you need to run the background jobs for risk analysis and management reports. Once these jobs have successfully run Logout and login again. You should be able to see that date updated to today. Now you can see your reports as of today.

Thanks,

SP
