Organizational data could not be Interpreted

Hi,

We are trying to change some data in a PO in SRM Browser which is already approved, a pop up message is shown in the explorer which says,

The organizational data could not be interpreted. Inform system admin.

Can anyone please let me know how to solve this problem. We need to solve this urgently. Any helpis highly appreciated.

Hi,

Check if the user present in the right org str (PPOMA_BBP). also if he has the authorisation to perform the changes.

I have found out the reason, Purchasing Organization and purchasing group are not populated in the PO, which is picked up from user settings.

Hi Ravi,

You can perform organizational consistency check using report "BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY".

Perform the consistency check for company and User. Select "User Attribute for Application" as "Purchaser Order".
