Hi Gurus,

I have got following requirement for reports.

1. I need to show percentage of Number of inquiries declines out of all inquiries. How do i have to approach?

If A = Inquiries that resulted in sales and

B = total # of inquiries

% = A/B * 100.

A = all inquiries that have a subsequent sales document. You can get this via VBFA or by VGBEL/VGPOS fields of VBAP.

B = Count of inquiries in VBAK.

You may want to restrict the query for A and B by

1. Sales person

2. Sales group

3. Sales area

4. Customer

5. Creation dates
