cancelling a delivery

Hi gurus,

how to cancel a delivery in vlo2n?

Hi Naga,

When u want to cancell the delivery 1st check the document flow of the delivery. If the PGI done then use t-code vl09 reversal of goods movement. Put the shipping point and delivery number then the date. later go to the Vl02n and again check the document flow then delete the delivery.

You can delete a delivery even without removing the picking qty , you will find a delete button just below the title bar ,it is the third icon just click that , you will get a pop-up asking if you want to delete ,say yes and your delivery will be deleted.

yes i cancelled the PGI thru vl09 but in vlo2n i dont know how to cancel the delivery?

Hi

Just go to VL02N and remove the picking qty and in the menu you can see the option delete. Just delete it and save it .

Hi,

To cansel a delivery first you need to check whether Goods issue posted.and u ned to reverse the Goods issue in VL09 and cansel delivery in VL02n

To cancel / reverse a goods issue delivery using t.code VL09

Then go to VL02N and remove the picking qty and save it and then go to VA02 and put a reason for rejection for that line item for which your are reversing the delivery
