Printing both sides is not being stopped from a sppol reques

Dear Experts,

We have created a Spool request with Txn J1INCERT of TDS Certificates With output Options "like device type - HPLJ4" and Printing Method G".

When i am trying to print this spool request - it is printing the pages both sides of the printer.

We have already disabled Duplex Printing at OS Level in Printer settings in control panel. If i give MS Word print it is coming to one side only. But When i give from SP01 - it prints both sides.

How to overcome this issue and i can print in one side.

you speed remit highly appreciated.

Regards

PR Srinivas

In order to try the following, you need to create a new spool request (the old one was using format HPLJ4) after you created the new printer (for testing).

Copy the printer you have problems with and set the following attributes for the new one:

- Under Device Attributes:

Device Type SAPWIN (for front-end printing)

- Under Access Method

Host

__DEFAULT begins with "two underscores"

- Under Output Attribute

Print Mode DEFAULT

Paper Tray Default Tray
