Unable to Take Print from Spool

While Taking Printout through Spool Request , Print is Coming on both sides of the page.

I want only on one side of the page.

How resolve this , can any one help out me,

Hi..

You are getting the same page in both sides, wht i mean is if you have two pages is tht page 1 is printing twise or page 2 is getting print at the back of paper..

If page 1 is repeating ..ask basis to help out..

if page 2 is printing at the back of same paper..In printer there is a settings where we need to change..

That could done by a Basis Consultant too..

The printer settings are not your concern. Get in touch with your BASIS consultant and get the issue resolved.
