SC changes, but the approver isn't replaced

Hello,

we are using the standard workflow WS14500015.

Here we have a cost-center approver, based on a Z-table.

And curious is: When the cost center approver rejects the SC and wants the requisitioner to change the cost center, so a new cost-cetner approver should be found.

The SC comes back to the requisitioner, he changes the cost center, but instead of a new one approver, who should be taken for approval the old approver gets the SC again.

The workflow protokol shows, that the SC in the workflow is not updated (in the container there is still the old cost center), but in the reality, the cost center is different.

Which is strange.

Could somebody please help me?

Hello Disha,

unfortunatelly this doesn't fit to our problem, but I did a few more investigations and it seems, that the standard process is simply so. When a approver rejects the SC, the approval process is restarted, so the approver gets the SC again, although this time he isn't actually responsible for it.
