Oracle databse cannot be started .

Hi,

I am facing this error while starting up SAP .Please advice how do I bringup the system.Please note that the databse is running on no archive mode and there is no back up also .

ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: '/oracle/DS1/mirrlogA/log_g11m2.dbf'

Disconnected from Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.6.0 - 64bit Production

With the Partitioning option

this was file system full issue only .

Could be an operating system problem.

Check if directory /oracle/DS1/mirrlogA is mounted.

What are the permissions of file /oracle/DS1/origlogA/log_g11m1.dbf ?

Any error messages in your Unix system log files?
