Hi experts!
How can I execute VL06O in background in order to create a list of open deliveries every Monday morning?
There is no such function - is there any other possibility?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Corinne
Go to transaction VL06O - General Delivery list Outbound deliveries
Select button 'list of outbound deliveries'
Input your search criteria as
sales orgn
Dist channel
Division
shipping point
or whatever is your requirement.
Now from menu bar, select Program -> output in background
Now, background Print parameter screen opens
click enter button
Now, start time screen opens
Select date & time button
since you want to schedule a background job every Monday
click date/time button and enter schedule start date and time as 06/07/2008 & 08:00 hours(or whatever time is your requirement)
Now select 'period values' button.
select weekly button and save it. You could see 'periodic job' check box is checked automatically.
Now click save button to save your background job.

I am sorry. I replied in haste.
It is working fine for me.
You must have checked this point but Could you execute general delivery list - outbound deliveries and see whether you have any list of outbound deliveries.
In case you have a list of outbound deliveries, then one of the options would be to change print parameters in 'background print parameters' screen.
Good Morning,
What did you actually change within the variant or selection criteria to have it process output in the background to spool? A co-worker and myself were not understanding the SAP Note: 522902 for WS_MONITOR_OUTB_DEL_FREE.
Help and actual changes for you to get it to work would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
Great answer...
