Connection to service sapdb99 timed out

We want to do a rf-connection to sap to get the newest patches in solution manager.

We already created the s-user but cannot proceed because of the error mentioned above.

Any idea anyone? (Do we need the saprouter or is the firewall misconfigured?)

Update the RFCs and change the msg. server string with sapdp99 (not db).
