mail title for sales order

Dear guru's

I have read note 549248 but I cannot get a variable mail title in my outgoing mail.

In v/30 I have entered the parameters program sapmv45a and tex_symbol_replace and in the mail text I entered &VBAK-VBELN&

Mailing works fine but the mailt text is now &VBAK-VBELN& instead of the expected sales order number.

Do I miss something significant here.??? Please help me out here, thanks in advance,

JP

Hi J. Blom,

Please change the &VBAK-VBELN& to &XVBAK-VBELN& and test again.

If it doesn't work, change it to &XNAST-OBJKY& and test again.

I should work.

Hello everybody,

I read this issue and it was very useful to me too.

I need to add the customer name and I don't see how to do that. I can print the sales document number &XNAST-OBJKY& but I can't use any sales structure (&XVBDKA-NAME1_WE&, &VBDKA-NAME1_WE&, ...)

Something strange is happening: When I print the first time the document, I receive an email with only the value on &XNAST-OBJKY& (ex: Sales order 80002564 - ). When I print the second and the third time, I have the expecting result! (ex: Sales order 80002564 - DANONE)

This thing is starting to make me fool!!! Do you have any idea how I can handle this?

Thanks a lot

Otmane
