Hi ,
How can I copy smart form from one server to the another server , can any plese tell me I do have the requirment of it .
Regards ,
Mohammed Ali .
Hi,
If in both the systems you do have the change authorization and if it is not a security issue then only you can download the smartform into XML file and upload the same from the location into the other system with the same name or different name.
However, please do use transports to pass on the smartform in all the relevant systems.

Ram

Hi,
You have two options here.
1. Save the smartform in a transport request and get it transported.
2. Type Smartform. Go to utilities. click download form. It will ask you for the path. Select your path. Go to the other server and upload it in a similar way.
Thanks
Nayan

u dont need to transport smartforms from one client to another.
all u need to do is save ur form in a package and generate a transport request. and send this transport request to ur basis guy to do the transport to the relevant client.

Hi,
Smartforms are fully integrated with the transport system, assign a transport-relevant package to your form and use the transport system.

Smartform is client independent so i think its not a good idea.
