read text function module in SMARTFORM?

Hi all,

I am using grtead text Fm in my SF.

My problem is WHERE to declare the table which we pass to read text Fm as TLINE.

where should i declare this it_tline table...

i am declaring in global definition...again declaring work area...

but i am not able to use this throu out the SF.

please help reg this....

Hello.

To print texts, you don't need to use FM READ TEXT. Do the following:

.Inside your window, click right button of the mouse, and then CREATE->TEXT.

.Then, change the text type to I (Include text), and say yes in the popup. Then fill text name, object, ... like FM read text. This will work to include the texts completly (without change).

.Mark the checkbox "No error if no text exists".

If you want to "work" the text, my advice is too fill that table outside the SF and then pass it through it's interface.

Right click on table where you want to include text>create text>Inside text type put INCLUDE TEXT-->put object name and object id.

hence you kan read text in smartform.....
