Hi expert,
I have been working on the MAM30 for a week. The problem I facing now is no data downloaded from server.
For example MAM30_010 (Notification)- when I go merep_sbuilder to execute the FM (get list), there are 8 records found and 100 records found for MAM30_031.
When I sync from my laptop, nothing on the laptop.

I have only this error message.
For your information, I am using MI25 SP21 patch 00.
I been read thru all related forums...but still cant get this solved.
Please advice. Point rewarded for helpful answer.

To answer your question.
1. Nope. I do not have any MAM application in my laptop. I uninstall the client and re-install it again.
2. Yes. The MI is deployed with db2e. The deployment of db2e is using the webconsole. I can see the db2e in the INFO at MI client. How do I confirm is the db2e in my window directory?

have a look into the windows folder- Do you see the DB2e.dll files in there - could be in the Windows/system subfolder as well, not sure exactly abut Laptop installations.
Well, try to install MI from scratch and run it with a WindowsADMIn user and check if this solved the issue. If this is the case, make sure that the user has apropiate rights.
Is the data given by the GETLIST and GETDETAIL handler of MAM90 and MAM95 in the backend ok?

Hi,
There are so many different reasons why MAM does not have/display data on the device. We need to narrow it down a bit.
Here are the steps that I would do in such a case:
On the middleware
1. In merep_pd check that all SyncBos as 'green' (means that they are all generated, replicated for T01/T51s and activated).
2. Check merep_207 table to double-check that T01/T51 type SyncBos are indeed replicated and there are data in replica DB
3. Check merep_mon for your mobileID to see if there is data pushed to the device in various SyncBo containers
4. Still in merep_mon check specifically that MAM_095 has data in Item030 that has beeen pushed to the device and at least some components are activated! If this table has no data - nothing will be displayed in MAM app (even if there are application data on the device).
Come back to the forum with your findings on the above.

I also got the same message like you. Please run all the replicators manually in the merep_pd. Then try to sync from your laptop. My problem got solved by doing so.

do you have the MAM applicaiton already on the device? Is MI deployed with DB2e? Are the DB2e files in the windows directory? If you uninstall MAM, empty the log and sync again - just an empty sync with no application assigned to the device - is the error the same?
